This was a project that had been done over 3 stages, firstly the renovation and alteration of the main structure. Electrical alteration and upgrade, introduction to smart home feature I.e Control4. Then the building of two large structures, Lounge, two additional bedrooms both with en-suite. Control4 smart features though out Lighting, Audio Visual, and multi-room audio.

Third Stage was the large extension of the Kitchen / Dining and the adding of a large new bedroom and En-suite bathroom

Implementation of a Lilin CCTV, Texecom alarm system Plus multi-room zone heating control (Heatmiser) Rf Blind control all integrated into a control4 System.

Complete Electrical, Lighting, Fire, security, Dahua Surveillance,   audio Visual, multi-room audio, heating zonal controlled thought-out and a Cinema Room.
